[Thanatos is outside Shouko's room at the dorms. He simply stands there for a moment before he takes a deep breath and finally knocks.] Hey, Shouko? It's me - Thanatos!

A-Ah, pudding? Sure!

I made some last night and completely forgot. Give me a sec.

[ She sets the can of soda back on the coffee table and walks into the kitchen, shuffling through the contents of her fridge. A few seconds later she's back with two little bowls of pudding with whipped cream and a strawberry on top. ]

I hope you like it. I was bored and wanted to try making something new.

[Takes one of the bowls into his hands and sets it on his lap. Then, with a spoon I'll assume came with the bowl, Thanatos takes a small amount of the pudding and slides it into his mouth. His face lights up from the taste.] Whoa - ! This pudding is delicious, Shouko!

[ She takes a spoonful herself as if she has just tasted it for the first time. ]

Yeah, this is much better than last time. I don't know why, but it came out spicy the last time I tried to make pudding... Switching to a new recipe seems to work.

Haha, that sounds like a mistake I would end up with if I tried to make pudding like this ... You'll have to teach me this new recipe!
